CVC Art Kits, Policy Sheets, The B.L.U.E. Wheel and WHATCHAMADRAWIT GAME

Here is what my art kits look like
I pack them in a gallon zip lock bag.
We are sending an electric form out to our students about the kits:

An art kit can be put together for you to use during your Visual Art BLUE class. This kit includes materials such as markers, crayons, a ruler, etc. If borrowed, the kit needs to be returned to school. If you already have materials at home that you would prefer to use, you are welcome to use those.

I am on a 5 class wheel seeing all of middle school on a rotating schedule. My units are all on Schoology and we use Teams to connect with our CVC students.
This is a standard policy sheet for all on our B.L.U.E. Wheel

The fast-action, fun-filled drawing game!

So they call you Quick-Draw around here: Well, hold on to your pens! It’s time to put your money where your marks are with the fast and furiously fun drawing game, WhatchamaDRAWit. Go it alone or grab two or more friends, paper and pens. One player at a time judges each round by pulling from a stack of 110 cards, reading instructions aloud and flipping the timer. Contestants immediately scribble to silly prompts like: “Draw a rowboat floating on top of a mountain” or “Draw a laughing squid talking on a cell phone while sitting in a bathtub.” First to finish wins and keeps the card. The player with the most cards wins! Imaginative fun for kids and adults alike that unplugs you from the computer, television and telephone. Draw from the stack whenever you feel the need to doodle – or dawdle. WhatchamaDRAWit is fun for one…or one hundred. All you need is paper, pens and your imagination…no talent required.

While the kids drew, I read Art Jokes

This school year has brought many challenges, but I must say Ain't No Mountain High Enough to Keep Me From Wanting To Figure Out How To Teach!
