Santa's Swirling Beard

Need:

·      Pencil

·      Construction Paper-white, red, manila, black

·      Glue

·      Scissors

·      Do-A-Dot Markers (red)

·      Sharpie

·      Glue Stick

·      Paintbrush

·      White Paint

Directions:

·      Kids cut out the following: (it may be a good idea to use tracers or not!)

o   Red triangle for the hat

o   White rectangle for the fur on the hat

o   White circle for the ball on top of the hat

o   Construction Paper to be face for Santa

·      Kids use Glue Stick to glue the ball, the hat, and the fur, and the face on a black sheet of paper

·      Kids add eyes with a sharpie

·      Kids add a nose with a red Do-A-Dot Marker

·      Kids use white paint to draw lines down to make the beard.  Also, they can add swirls to make the beard look more realistic
