Rolling into Summer Fun: A Collaborative Roller Skate Project! (Bulletin Board)

Hey everyone! Summer is here, and what better way to kick it off than with some awesome roller skates? But these aren't just any roller skates - they're special because they were created by our very own students! It is so nice to have other art teachers on our campus for us to collaborate with projects like these! Glad to have Cathy Hicks in our department!

This project was a super fun collaboration between our Middle School and Lower School students. They worked together to design and create these cool skates, and the results are amazing!

First, they chose bright, fun colors that scream "summer!" Next, they added all sorts of patterns and designs to make each pair unique. Some skates have stars, some have stripes, and others have cool shapes and swirls. The creativity and teamwork that went into these skates really shine through.

The best part? Our students got to learn from each other and share their ideas. Middle School students guided the younger ones, teaching them new skills and helping them bring their visions to life. And the Lower School students brought their fresh, imaginative ideas to the table, inspiring everyone.

Now, we have a whole bunch of fantastic roller skates ready to roll into summer fun! We’re so proud of the hard work and creativity our students showed in this project. Great job, everyone!

So, as we roll into the sunny days ahead, let's celebrate the awesome things we can create when we work together. Happy Summer, and happy skating!
