This lesson for our Upper School Art class with Kyle is a great idea. Students photograph an area on campus. They get the idea approved. Plan out the canvas painting and proceed until finished. The paintings are now hung in our Lower School Commons Gallery. There seems to be lots of chatter with the elementary students when new paintings are hung. Love this lesson and so do many other faculty, staff and Maclay family.
These paintings will be entered into the Southern Teacher Agency calendar contest.
