First Grade Flower Power

First Grade had some fun with the flower🌹 power project.  

Directions:

Paint paper with or without kids.

Give kids painted paper.

I gave a big circle tracer and a small circle tracer to each kid.

The kids cut out the flower🌻 and petals.

Then, the kids cut the stem and leaves.

Before gluing the flower🌼 on the paper, the kids used a stencil and rubbed a dark blue crayon across the blue paper.  The rubbing was more defined in person.

After they had a background pattern, they glued the flower🌷 on the paper.
