Celebration Of The Arts - PK Art Show, 2023 - (Grandparents Day, too)

 

Each year our PK does a phenomenal job of hands on art projects. Art is important for children especially during their early development. Research shows that art activities develop brain capacity in early childhood. Shout out to Maclay's Pre-School because you guys nailed this art show!!! Art engages children's senses in open-ended play and supports the development of cognitive, social-emotional and multi-sensory skills. This is evident in your Art Show, Kudos to all of the faculty staff down in Maclay PK!

They also held an Artome Art Show and I do believe they were very close to selling out! Love this so much! This is an added addition to our Celebration of the Arts!
