Warm Weaves was a fun 2 week project done by 3rd Grade.
Directions:
Kids use acrylic paint to make a piece of art. As you can see, we used yellows, reds, and oranges.
Art needs to dry.
Once the art dries, the teacher cuts the warm color art into strips. Make sure you have an organized method to keep up with each child's strips of paper.
Kids cut the white or base paper. Click here for more detailed video from childcareland.
Kids begin to weave!
It is a new year! School has been in session for one solid week. I am finally getting back into the art teacher groove. I am just shaking my groove thing all day long!
I know, a little Goofy, but...
