To
keep things simple and stress-free, we created a delightful lighthouse scene.
It's a lesson everyone can enjoy, regardless of skill level, and it requires
only minimal supplies. Plus, we'll ensure minimal mess so that we can wrap up
the semester without any extra cleanup hassle.
So,
let's gather our supplies:
- Paper: Grab
some plain white paper or sketch paper from your portfolio.
- Pencils: A
trusty pencil will do just fine. If you have an eraser, even better!
Diving
into the guided drawing lesson was most surprisingly one of the best impromptu lessons
that I have taught all year. Students are encouraged to draw a few seagulls
flying in the sky, some rocks along the shore, or even a sailboat in the
distance. Get creative and make the scene your own! In other words, they can
add their own “spin” to this lesson. And there you have it - a charming
lighthouse scene that everyone can enjoy creating. Adding your own personal
touches was a bonus for all involved.
Everyone has worked hard all semester, and this guided drawing lesson is the perfect way to celebrate their creativity and accomplishments. Here's to a fantastic end to the semester filled with creativity and fun.
