Talked about Kandinsky

Showed this 2 min video by a kid (she says his name wrong, but oh well, we all make mistakes)

 

 

 Began the project and got this and not LoVing it-BLEH!

 

Then bam, this hit me-

Swirl it, hot glue it, and hang as a group.

So I did.

Here:

Jacks and Jills and The Big Flower Stalk

Directions:

1-get long sheets of paper (I hot glued 2 pieces of 9 x 24)

2-put blue wash on the paper

3-show "how to draw flower video", if you want or draw simple flower on marker board

4-kids paint flower on their artwork

5-teacher takes photos of kids and cuts them out and hot glues them on flower (actually explained the art project to kids and had them stand next to a pole-told them to be creative when posing)
