My middle school students made gnomes just before Christmas! Since the project was done around Christmas time, I told the kids that they could do a Santa gnome or any other kind of gnome.
How did this go down?
Kids made a small pinch pot.
One kid made a ball for a head.
Others just attached the hat.
I kinda let them do their own thing with this project.
I fired and we painted with acrylic.
I sprayed with a glaze.
