Monet and Friends at the Biltmore Estate

So for our 31st Wedding Anniversary we traveled to Asheville, NC for a quick get away. We took in some sites and were able to see The Monet and Friends Art Show at the Biltmore. I have blogged on several links so far from this trip. You can find them here:

Yeah...so left brain was not wanting to par-take in my shenanigans with Mona. I of course, thought it was hilarious.

How it started below!
Well, hello there blue berry and jalapeno margarita, Cheers to 31 years! (Plus 6 years of dating!)
Every year we buy some type of art piece to commemorate our anniversary trip. Well, this year is a cool heart from this store. https://www.bluegoldsmiths.com/

Below is at the Biltmore where the Exhibition was held for Monet and Friends. More information can be found on the website: Monet & Friends – Life, An homage to Claude Monet and the Impressionist painters of the mid-19th century through the early 20th century, this experience explored not only the paintings themselves but the history of the Impressionist movement amid the social and political turbulence of the era. Transporting guests back to a time when European art was poised to change forever, this exhibition brought the Impressionists’ masterworks to life in a rich display of light, color, scent, and sound. Yes, I thoroughly enjoyed this immersion experience!

We have been slow to blog this summer, just taking some time for family and feeding our souls with some art experiences here and there. If you get a chance to visit either one of these places take advantage of it because they did not disappoint! Thanks for stopping by 1969
