We were contacted by COCA and asked if we would like to participate in making heart cards for our local hospitals. Of course, we wanted to as one of our charges in the Visual Arts here at Maclay is eMpathy and Wellness.

Wellness Thursday With A Valentine's Theme
So we created hearts and sunshine's. The whole school was involved each Division was represented. We made ornaments, bookmarks, cards, etc.. Scroll on down and see how our Heart Initiative looked once we finished. Even the Preschool's art was impressive!
Love this community and the outreach that we are able to participate in with our Visual Arts Department!
