Festival Of Trees Art Education Themed Wreath


For the past several years, our Visual Arts Department has been involved in this event. I love how it has evolved for us and grown over the years. We have 4 art teachers at Maclay: Kim Daniel, Cathy Hicks, Sarah Painter and Kaitlyn Dressel. Everyone had a hand in this wreath. This year we chose an animal / pet theme. What do you think? Different divisions taught creative lessons from printmaking to pop art for us to have animal art to print to laminate. We printed 9 at a time (wallet sizes). Laminated them and cut out used hole punchers to add wire to hang. I do believe this is my all time favorite wreath so far!
