Donut Worry, These Doughnuts are Easy Peasy!

Doughnuts🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩!  I love doughnuts🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩!  I love to eat doughnuts🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩!  I love to teach kids to draw and paint doughnuts🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩.  For other doughnut🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩 posts, click HERE!  My first graders had a blast cooking up these doughnuts🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩 in the art room!

Directions:
The kids used tracers and traced big circles on a 12" x 12" paper.
All the kids but one, traced a small circle and put a hole in their doughnut🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩.
The kids drew icing on their doughnuts🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩.
The kids painted the background.
The kids painted the doughnuts🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩.
Then, the kids outlined their doughnuts🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩 with oil pastels.  To do this, they placed the tracers back down on the paper and went round and round with an oil pastel to give the doughnut🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩 a defined shape.  The had to freestyle the icing.
Once they were done outlining, they glued pom poms, sequins, and small paper chips to the doughnuts🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩.

L👀K!
