Youth and People’s Choice winners receive cash prizes. Scarecrows were to be set-up Monday and Tuesday,October 5 and 6 and will be displayed through October 31.

Our Visual Arts Team (3 Art Teachers) paired up with our English Department (Rolfs) and created a Book Lovers Themed Scarecrow. We won 3rd place! As you scroll through this post you will see other Scarecrows that are on display in the Maclay Gardens. We loved participating in this community event.

This is our Scarecrow below

We had a theme: "Book Lovers" and worked around this theme.
Pretty cool Experience! I think we will plan more efficiently next year and allow more time to create hands on.
